Fitch Ratings in Manchester is seeking a Senior Operations Associate to join our Operational Risk Management team. This role offers broad exposure to risk data analysis, reporting, investigations, and process improvements within a global organisation.

You will work with colleagues across teams and locations, supporting risk activities, data quality, and documentation while developing your analytical and technological skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support recurring operational risk activities, including data collection, data cleaning, analysis and reporting.
• Support reviews and investigations into incidents, process issues, and other operational risk matters.
• Coordinate actions across stakeholders and workstreams, track progress, and help resolve issues so the team can meet its commitments.
• Maintain clear risk and process documentation, organise team knowledge, and improve internal resources, including SharePoint content and structure, so information is accurate, accessible, and useful.
• Identify practical opportunities to simplify processes, improve data quality, and make better use of technology, automation, and AI.
