Job summary

Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing is seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Supported Housing to provide operational leadership across a portfolio of supported living and housing services. You will oversee specialist housing management services, supporting adults with needs including homelessness, asylum seekers and refugees, and individuals requiring mental health or specialist support.

This role ensures services are safe, compliant and high performing with strong outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience managing supported housing or similar adult support services.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, housing law and welfare benefits.
• Experience leading multi-site teams and driving performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site teams to deliver high-quality supported housing services.
• Drive performance against KPIs, standards and contractual requirements.
• Embed safeguarding culture and oversee incidents, complaints and risk.
• Manage relationships with commissioners, partners and stakeholders.
• Support service development, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Oversee service budgets and resource deployment.
