Job summary

Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing seeks an experienced Operations Manager to provide operational leadership across a portfolio of supported living and housing services. You will oversee housing management and services supporting adults with homelessness, asylum seekers, refugees and those requiring mental health or specialist support.

This key role ensures services are safe, compliant and high performing, delivering value for money and strong outcomes for customers through effective team

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing supported housing or similar services.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and housing welfare benefits.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
• Ability to build relationships with commissioners and stakeholders.
• Budget management experience.
• Strong communication skills with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site teams to deliver high-quality supported housing services.
• Drive performance against KPIs, regulatory standards and contractual requirements.
• Embed safeguarding culture and oversee incidents, complaints and risk.
• Manage relationships with commissioners, partners and stakeholders.
• Support service development, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Oversee service budgets and efficient, effective resource deployment.
