Job summary

COREcruitment in London is seeking a Head of Operations to lead performance across a large national restaurant estate. This hands-on senior role will manage Area/Operations Managers, drive sales and profitability, and ensure consistent guest experience across sites.

You will spend significant time in restaurants, coaching leaders and ensuring plans land at site level, with travel across the estate.

Qualifications

• Senior operations leader with multi-site restaurant experience.
• Experience managing large portfolios of restaurants.
• Proven ability to lead Area/Operations Managers.
• Strong commercial sense and P&L accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Area Managers.
• Own operational performance across a large estate.
• Drive sales, labour, margin and profitability.
• Improve consistency of service and guest experience.
• Spend time in restaurants to assess site performance.
• Coach leaders to raise performance.
• Collaborate with People, Finance, Marketing and Property teams.
• Support openings and changes across the estate.
• Ensure clear communication between restaurants and the wider business.
