Job summary

Sterling Cross Ltd in Hampshire & South West is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of care homes, ensuring high standards of care, compliance and operational performance.

You will work with General Managers, travel extensively across the division, and step in to provide leadership where no General Manager is in place. This is a senior, hands-on role with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration (RN/RMN or RNLD)
• Driver with access to own vehicle
• Proven experience managing multi or large nursing home environments with clinical and operational responsibility
• Recent NMC/UK registration for nursing homes under supervision with Good/Outstanding inspections

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a portfolio of care homes across Hampshire, Sussex, Berkshire, Surrey and Cornwall
• Work closely with General Managers to maintain high standards of care, compliance and operational performance
• Provide hands-on leadership in homes without a General Manager and troubleshoot challenges across multiple services
