Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple education and commercial fit-out projects. You will coordinate site teams, manage budgets, programmes and client expectations while reporting to the Managing Director on progress and risks.

You'll lead a team of Site Managers and subcontractors, drive safety and quality, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget across a portfolio including flagship Carnforth works.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple fit-out projects across education and commercial sectors.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness.
• Proven ability to oversee programmes and critical path analysis.
• Experience leading delivery teams (Site Managers, Foremen, subcontractors).

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate with the Managing Director and site teams.
• Oversee programmes, budgets and resources.
• Ensure CDM compliance and RAMS.
• Drive programme recovery and client relationships.
• Secure project close-out and handover.
