Job summary

In this senior individual contributor role, you will provide technical expertise, escalate when needed, and help shape how processes evolve while operating with limited people management responsibilities. We welcome flexible working patterns.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in Financial Services, with platform migrations/transfers onboarding experience.
• Strong analytical skills; able to use Excel to process data and generate insights.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation journey for client migrations to the Saltus Platform.
• Lead update calls with advisers on your cases and provide day-to-day support.
• Support transfers team with client transfers and maintain CRM efficiency.
• Identify process improvements to lift productivity and client satisfaction.
• Deputise for Implementations Supervisor on operational matters as required.
