ReQuire Consultancy Ltd is seeking a Senior Client Operations Specialist in Bournemouth. The role centers on owning a caseload of client transfers onto the firm’s platform, guiding advisers, and ensuring uninterrupted client payments.

It sits within a high‑growth wealth management environment with a collaborative, people‑centred culture. You’ll work in a hybrid pattern (3 days on site) and influence process improvements while supporting juniors and cross‑team projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial services operations (transfers, re-registrations, onboarding, pensions or platform admin)
• Experience handling complex cases independently
• Experience supporting or guiding junior colleagues (not line management)

Responsibilities

• Own a caseload of clients transferring onto the firm’s platform from start to finish
• Lead update calls and meetings with advisers on cases
• Ensure client income payments and contributions continue without interruption
• Support Transfers team with management of client transfers
• Liaise with internal teams and external providers to keep processes running smoothly
• Manage inboxes and resolve queries, including escalated cases
• Use and maintain CRM systems to improve efficiency
• Be a resource for less experienced colleagues
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Get involved in cross-team operations projects across the business
