Qualifications

15+ years’ experience in strategy, management consulting, business operations, or executive leadership roles.
Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale transformation and change programmes.
Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to assess business performance.
Experience working closely with Boards, investors, and C-suite stakeholders.
Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, communication, and programme leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to execute strategic priorities and business objectives.
Lead large-scale transformation and change programmes across multiple functions.
Drive organisational effectiveness initiatives to improve operational performance and business outcomes.
Coordinate and manage high-priority cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
Support board reporting, governance activities, and investor engagement processes.
Act as a trusted strategic advisor, providing insight and recommendations on critical business decisions.
