Job summary

Zima Dental is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to join the Operations team. This high-responsibility role spans supply chain, quality and regulatory support, customer experience operations, and cross-functional projects with Product, Commercial, and Growth.

You will work across production, freight, warehousing, forecasting and planning, building reports, improving ERP processes, and collaborating with senior leadership to drive fast, data-driven decisions in a high-volume business.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in an operations role.
• Degree in Science, Business, Economics, Engineering, or Mathematics preferred.
• Startup or fast-scaling company experience is a strong plus.
• Experience with ERP systems to improve processes, reporting or data quality.

Responsibilities

• Work across end-to-end supply chain from production to final delivery.
• Build reporting and model scenarios to support better decisions.
• Develop SOPs and improve ERP data quality and processes.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Quality and external partners.
