Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver end-to-end process analysis support for squad-led process and application changes, from discovery to post-implementation review.
• Lead current-state process discovery and mapping to identify pain points and inefficiencies.
• Design future-state processes in collaboration with process owners, SMEs, and tech teams.
• Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for delivery squads.
• Maintain accurate process documentation and support governance and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to delivering high-quality outcomes and business value.
