Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is seeking a Senior Business Resilience Analyst in London to help prevent, adapt to, respond to and recover from disruptions. You will develop and maintain an operational resilience framework and map key dependencies across people, processes, technology and facilities.

Qualifications

• Five or more years’ experience in crisis management, business continuity management, resilience or a related discipline.
• Experience in a professional services environment preferred.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail with written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement and maintain an operational resilience framework, policies, standards and procedures.
• Identify critical activities and map people, processes, technology, facilities and third parties.
• Coordinate testing, incident response and management, and after-action reviews.
• Prepare dashboards and reports to support management and stakeholder reporting.
• Support insurance renewal, administration and claims processes linked to resilience.
