Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors is seeking an Operational Resilience Specialist in the UK to strengthen and maintain the firm’s resilience program across regulatory requirements and business services. You will work with process owners to identify critical services, recovery objectives, and documentation to endure disruption.

You will coordinate with risk, compliance, technology, and third-party teams, lead exercises, and report findings to governance committees. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Understanding regulatory resilience requirements across jurisdictions.
• Knowledge of risk management and business continuity principles.
• Ability to communicate complex resilience concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the operational resilience program and related documentation.
• Collaborate with service owners to inventory critical business services and recovery objectives.
• Plan exercises to test service recovery and document lessons learned.
• Prepare resilience metrics and reports for management and regulators.
• Coordinate with risk, compliance, IT, and third-party risk teams.
