Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of an operational resilience framework.
• Identify critical business activities and dependencies across people, processes and systems.
• Coordinate testing, tabletop exercises and post-incident reviews.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for management and governance bodies.
• Assist in governance, risk reporting and continuous improvement efforts.
