Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience within legal / professional services preferred.
• Experience coordinating budgets for a multi‑matter portfolio and partnering with Finance.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills with an exacting attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the firm’s relationship with a major client in the Life Sciences and Health Care sector.
• Develop, maintain, and execute a strategic client plan.
• Plan and execute internal and external client meetings and events.
• Oversee firm’s AI engagement with the client, including tooling and time-entry requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor work on matters with specific fee arrangements.
