NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde is seeking an Operational Manager for Community Nursing services across Renfrewshire. You will lead District Nursing, CTAC, phlebotomy and care home nursing teams, balancing clinical leadership with operational delivery in a dynamic MDT environment.

The role requires extensive clinical and leadership experience, with responsibilities including recruitment, appraisals, CPD, performance management and budget stewardship within the HSCP framework.

Formación

• Extensive clinical and leadership experience within a MDT or integrated teams.
• Strong senior nursing leadership and personnel management skills.
• Experience in recruitment, appraisal, CPD, and performance management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership and operational management for Community Nursing services across Renfrewshire (District Nursing, CTAC, Phlebotomy, care home nursing).
• Line manage staff within specified teams; oversee recruitment, appraisals and CPD.
• Monitor delegated budget, governance, IM&T and overall service performance.
• Engage with HSCP/Locality strategy and contribute to broader Health and Social care planning.
