Pegasus Homes is hiring a part-time on-site role at our Crowthorne development in Berkshire. You will be the go-to person on-site, ensuring smooth operations while fostering a welcoming community for residents.

This 14 hours/week role (Thu & Fri, 08:30–16:00 with a 30‑minute lunch) requires practical building knowledge and a warm, proactive approach. You will conduct essential checks, coordinate contractors, and support health & safety compliance, move-ins, and events while collaborating with

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, property maintenance, or luxury hospitality is a significant plus.
• You understand Health & Safety compliance and perform essential checks and record-keeping.
• Able to manage move-in scheduling and plan events while handling admin tasks.
• Clear communicator who coordinates with internal teams and external contractors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular building inspections and essential checks (fire alarm, emergency lighting, water systems).
• Coordinate with external contractors for maintenance and repairs.
• Be the first point of contact for resident inquiries and emergencies.
• Plan and organise resident events to foster community and manage move-ins.
