Pegasus Homes is seeking a Senior Building & Community Coordinator to lead on-site operations at the West Byfleet development. You will conduct essential building checks, coordinate contractors and respond to resident inquiries while fostering an engaging community.
Based at Highfields, West Byfleet, you’ll balance practical building knowledge with activities that enhance resident life, reporting to the on-site leadership team. DBS enhanced check applies; 35 hours/week, fixed-term 4–6 months.

£30,000 per annum (pro-rata for the duration of the contract) + enhanced benefits & rewards

Internally you'll be known as 'Senior Building & Community Coordinator', you'll be the driving force behind our residential development and our go-to person on-site, making sure everything operates seamlessly while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for our residents. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a 'people person' who takes genuine pride in their surroundings. You are as comfortable chatting with a resident over coffee as you are checking a fire alarm panel or coordinating a contractor.
