Basis Permanent

Are you a proactive, highly organised operations professional with a great eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service?

We are Pegasus Homes Ltd, a vibrant, dynamic business who are proud to design, build, and create high-quality homes with a focus on independent later living for the over 60's. Our current portfolio has some 1100 homes across 40 communities and our developments are beautifully designed offering stunning community living.

As our Projects & Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role within our Central Operations Team. Working closely with the Projects & Mobilisation Manager, you'll drive property management compliance, maintenance coordination, central communications, and major operational projects across our communities.

From day-to-day operations and contractor processes to supporting new development mobilisations and Section 20 major works, this is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same.

Your key responsibilities will include
  • Operational & Systems Support - Keep our core maintenance, compliance, and CRM databases meticulous and up to date (utilising platforms like Fixflo, Qube, and Salesforce).
  • Maintenance & Compliance Coordination - Triage daily incoming queries, raise purchase orders, schedule contractor deliveries, and organise statutory compliance inspections.
  • Community & Site Support - Act as a central, supportive point of contact for local site teams, resident requests, fob/pendant stock management, and heat network regulations.
  • Reporting & Administration - Collate weekly KPI performance reports, handle insurance claim administration, assist with new starter/leaver processes, and manage central document templates.
  • Project Delivery - Assist with property mobilisations, major works administration, and cross-departmental process improvements.
Additional information
  • Based in Winchester with hybrid flexibility to work from home (minimum 2 days/week in the office). Occasional travel to alternative offices or development sites may be required.
  • Free onsite staff parking at our Winchester office.
About you

We are looking for someone who thrives under pressure, learns new systems quickly, and balances top-tier organisational skills with a human touch.

  • Previous administrative experience in an operations, facilities, or property management role (multi-site experience preferred).
  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and presentation tools. Experience with property management systems (Fixflo, Qube, Salesforce) is a strong plus, though full training will be provided.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Because of the nature of our communities, you'll need patience, empathy, and the ability to be firm but polite.
  • Qualifications - GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent).
