Job summary

AVASO Technology Solutions in Manchester seeks an experienced onsite IT Support Engineer to provide desktop and local network support for end-users and servers. You will handle asset onboarding, offboarding, and VIP support, resolving Windows 10/Office 365 issues and coordinating with the backend team.

The role requires 5+ years in enterprise IT support, familiarity with ServiceNow, Active Directory, and SharePoint, and the ability to manage SLAs and CSAT.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate enterprise IT support.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows 7/10 and related remote access.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Understanding of Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Microsoft server technologies including Office 365, SharePoint, DNS, DHCP.
• Ability to prioritise workload based on SLAs and user impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support as the site point of contact.
• Handle end-user desktop/laptop support and remote hand for network and servers.
• Install/support software on end-user systems and servers as needed.
• Onboard new users with IT assets/tools; assist with offboarding and asset sanitisation.
