Pegasus Homes Ltd is seeking a Senior Building & Community Coordinator for our West Byfleet development in England. The role focuses on driving building operations and fostering a welcoming resident community, with duties spanning inspections, contractor coordination, safety compliance, and resident engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, property maintenance, or luxury hospitality is a significant plus.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety compliance and routine checks is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using basic IT systems for logging maintenance requests and maintaining digital records.

Responsibilities

• Building Operations: conduct regular inspections, test fire alarms and emergency lighting, coordinate with external contractors, ensure health and safety compliance, and serve as the first point of contact for residents.
• Resident & Community Relations: assist with move-ins, build relationships with residents and families, plan and run social events, maintain an events diary, and collaborate with Sales, Development and Completions teams.
