Job summary

Pegasus Homes Ltd in Berkshire (Crowthorne) is seeking a proactive Building Operations & Community Liaison on a permanent, full-time basis. You’ll be on-site Monday to Friday, 09:00–16:30, overseeing safety checks, coordinating contractors, welcoming residents and coordinating events to build a vibrant community.

Based at our Buckler's Park development, you’ll balance practical maintenance with resident relations, manage move-ins, and work with Sales and Development teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or property maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate with contractors and internal teams.
• Strong commitment to health and safety compliance and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building inspections, fire alarm and safety checks, and contractor coordination.
• Be the first point of contact for resident inquiries and emergencies.
• Plan and organise social events to foster community and maintain records.
