The Senior Online Trading Manager will:

• Develop and execute strategies to improve online profitability and performance.
• Manage website trading, focusing on conversion rate optimisation (CRO), lifetime value (LTV), and average order value (AOV).
• Oversee on-site strategies, including promotions and content performance.
• Use data analytics to generate insights and report to senior leadership on key metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to optimise website effectiveness.
• Proven experience in website trading within high-growth e-commerce or subscription brands.
• Strong background in D2C or subscription business models.
• Hands-on experience with CRO, UX/UI principles, and web analytics.
• Financially savvy and analytical, with a record of revenue growth.
