Job summary

JTC Group is seeking a role in its New Business Team to oversee onboarding and formation of structures for private clients. The role liaises with Sales and Service to ensure timely handling of client matters, documentation for approval, and smooth transitions to administration teams.

Based in Jersey, the position prioritises governance, client service, and proactive relationship building with intermediaries while maintaining JTC policies and values. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of trustee and company risks and responsibilities.
• Strong AML/TF risk awareness related to onboarding of new clients.
• Solid grasp of risk, relationship management, contractual and statutory obligations.
• Good understanding of various jurisdictional requirements.
• Able to investigate and respond to queries.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Capable of organising multiple priorities and taking initiative.
• Proven track record in team management.
• Passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Work within regulatory framework to apply governance and compliance in forming new business structures.
• Maintain high technical competence and market awareness to maximise onboarding effectiveness.
• Provide first-class administrative support to New Business Team, Sales Offices and Service Offices.
• Prepare internal approval documentation and coordinate presentations for Business Acceptance Meetings.
• Ensure structures and databases are up to date and transitioned to appropriate teams.
• Support achievement of New Business targets and liaise with Directors and Global Business Development team.
• Assist junior team members and adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
• Adhere to risk, compliance procedures and AML/CFT legislation.
