JTC Group in Jersey is seeking a proactive administrator within the Group Risk & Compliance team. The role supports risk management activities using JTC’s GRC system and governance framework, coordinating meetings and due diligence responses, and maintaining accurate records across jurisdictions.

The position involves ensuring events are managed and reported consistently with policy, while providing user support and ensuring compliance with CPD, AML and regulatory expectations.

Qualifikationen

• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Understanding of risk and compliance concepts.
• Good written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Office software; GRC experience desirable.
• Proactive approach to gaps and deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Receive and monitor automated GRC notifications.
• Undertake QA to ensure submissions meet standards and checklists.
• Support risk escalation criteria and jurisdictional requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with relevant parties.
• Ensure information is available and escalate gaps to R&C.
• Monitor follow-up actions and update records in GRC.
• Maintain process documentation and user guidance for GRC.
• Provide system support and training on GRC processes.
