Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Community team. The role involves high standards of repairs, maintenance tasks, and statutory compliance of building fabric and M&E systems, with a focus on delivering an excellent resident experience.

You will inspect faults, undertake minor repairs, and coordinate with contractors as needed, while ensuring safety, budget awareness, and accurate records.

Qualifications

• General education to GCSE level or equivalent.
• Awareness of health & safety requirements on site.
• Trade qualification essential for repairs and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on building fabric, plumbing, carpentry, decorating, and lighting.
• Maintain and inspect electrical systems and fire safety equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers and supervise if required.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and RAMS/Permits to Work.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of communal areas and grounds.
