ERM is hiring a Lead Construction HSE Manager to provide on-site support for a key pharmaceutical client in Huntsville, AL. The role leads the safety team for construction activities, engages with project and construction leaders, and ensures health and safety compliance with regulations and ERM standards.

You will oversee all HSE activities on site, delegate duties to team members, and guide risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations across the megaproject.

Formación

• 20 years of on-site experience in construction health & safety.
• Minimum 8 years of management experience on large projects.
• Certified safety credentials preferred (CHST, ASP, CSP).
• Experience with mega construction projects and OSHA standards.
• On-site leadership for safety programs and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the HSE owner’s representative team and work with Client Project Leaders.
• Review timelines and metrics with Client Project Lead monthly.
• Guide HSE system implementation and continuous improvement for the megaproject.
• Interface between Client Project Leadership, EPC leadership, and ERM PMO.
• Provide direction and coaching to HSE managers and specialists.
• Develop and execute risk assessments, RCAs, and lessons learned.
• Organize HSE audits, inspections, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Promote accountability and safety culture across project teams.
