Job summary

3D Personnel LTD is seeking an experienced HSE Lead to support major construction projects across the South Coast from Southampton/Hampshire. The role focuses on driving HSE performance, embedding a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with statutory and client requirements.

You will work closely with senior management, site teams and subcontractors to deliver strategic HSE leadership, manage RAMS and investigate incidents, while promoting sustainability and regulatory compliance across

Qualifications

• Proven experience as HSE Lead or equivalent in Tier 1 or major contractors.
• Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and CDM 2015.
• Qualified to NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 6 OH&S.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE policies and management systems across major projects.
• Provide HSE guidance to Directors, PMs and site teams.
• Promote proactive safety culture and behavioural safety.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and performance reviews.
• Oversee RAMS, construction phase plans and safe systems of work.
• Lead investigations into accidents and lessons learned.
• Monitor subcontractor HSE performance and compliance.
• Support environmental objectives and waste management.
• Prepare HSE performance reports and present to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients, regulators and internal teams on HSE standards.
