Job summary

Mana Resourcing Ltd, on behalf of our client, seeks a Senior Health & Safety Engineer (Construction) to lead HSE across multimillion pound projects in the EMEA region. You will develop policies, conduct risk assessments, audits and trainings, and ensure subcontractors meet safety standards on site and in the office.

The role requires travel, strong leadership, NEBOSH or equivalent, and a proven track record in EPC environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in HSE coordination/management.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices (NEBOSH, ISO 9001/14001/45001).
• Experience with HSE audits, risk assessments, and incident investigation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HSE policies and procedures in line with local and international regulations (OSHA, HSE).
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections.
• Track and monitor engineer safety documents and qualifications.
• Vet personnel prior to site mobilisation, including subcontractors.
• Organise and deliver HSE training.
