AECOM is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer – Overhead Lines to lead design work on UK transmission projects. You will contribute across feasibility, routing, statutory planning, and stakeholder engagement, focusing on OHL design up to 400 kV and delivering high-quality engineering packages.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• CEng Chartered Engineer with a recognized electrical engineering institution.
• Experience delivering UK transmission projects.
• Project experience in overhead line engineering (up to 400 kV).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide project technical support and lead design of transmission projects up to 400 kV.
• Contribute to proposals, timelines, budgets, and objectives.
• Deliver design activities for overhead lines including sag-tension, clearance, and conductor selection.
• Perform feasibility studies and ensure compliance with standards.
• Originate and check complex engineering deliverables and drawings.
