Job summary

ScottishPower is seeking a Senior Windfarm Controller in Lowestoft to lead HV switching operations, manage offshore transport and monitor turbine status via SCADA. You will coordinate personnel, vessels and compliance with HV safety rules to maximise performance.

The role requires experience in offshore wind operations, strong communication and planning skills, and a proactive approach to safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in HV switching operations and CP3 level authorisations.
• Knowledge of SCADA systems and wind turbine operation.
• Ability to manage offshore logistics and safety adherence.

Responsibilities

• HV management of wind farm and CP3 level operations.
• Coordinate offshore transfer of personnel and equipment by vessels.
• Monitor wind turbine status via SCADA and respond to alarms.
• Plan and execute HV switching operations and related activities.
• Support maintenance planning and risk assessments.
