Job summary

Gattaca is seeking a Project Delivery Lead to manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale engineering projects with offshore components. The role requires coordinating multidisciplinary teams, developing plans, and ensuring safety, timeliness, and budget adherence.

You will lead risk management, change control, and governance while maintaining strong Client and supplier relationships and supporting tender submissions. A proactive, results-driven leader with MSc/PM qualification is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in engineering/offshore environments.
• Experience managing complex equipment projects including mobilisation and demobilisation.
• Strong understanding of mechanical handling equipment and delivery requirements.
• Ability to interpret technical specs, develop plans, and coordinate execution.
• Demonstrated leadership, motivating teams and building relationships.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office; valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple medium/large projects ensuring objectives met.
• Develop plans, resource needs, schedules, and milestones with risk management.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, mobilisation, testing, logistics, offshore support.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Manage budgets, invoicing, forecasting; oversee change control and variations.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and governance; escalate risks when needed.
• Build relationships with clients, suppliers, offshore personnel, stakeholders.
• Support client meetings, reviews, and tender submissions.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, specs, and tracking systems.
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and performance.
• Support continuous improvement through lessons learned and feedback.
