Job summary

Canary Wharf Limited is seeking an Asset Manager to coordinate office asset management across CWG holdings. You will work with partners to execute asset business plans aimed at maximizing NOI, cash flow and value, while engaging investors and end users.

Salary is circa £60,000 and the role requires hybrid work with 4 days in the office and one day from home. You will collaborate with investment teams, manage budgets, support valuations, and drive ESG and sustainability initiatives across the

Qualifications

• MRICS with at least 2-3 years PQE.
• Strong asset management experience with portfolio knowledge.
• Ability to analyse business/financial data and develop solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and reporting skills.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with a focus on client and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver on CWG's strategic objecties for holdings.
• Optimise asset performance and prepare annual budgets and multi-year plans.
• Work with teams to implement a clearly communicated operational vision.
• Maintain up-to-date market knowledge and share insights with stakeholders.
• Support investment team on asset performance, underwriting, leasing and disposals.
• Assist with acquisitions/disposals and align asset budgets with stakeholders.
• Support quarterly valuations and lender valuations with accurate inputs.
• Maximise performance, tenant mix, covenants and lease terms; control costs.
• Contribute to ESG, community initiatives and the environmental strategy.
• Oversee capital expenditure plans to enhance asset value and growth.
