PMR is recruiting an Asset Manager for a growing mixed-use portfolio in London. The role is permanent and hybrid, offering a salary of £60,000-£70,000. You will move client-side from consultancy, owning the assets and influencing portfolio strategy with leadership.

Two to four years post-qualification with MRICS or equivalent is preferred. You will manage a predominantly commercial portfolio with residential elements and drive income growth through active management.

Formación

• MRICS-qualified or equivalent required.
• Two to four years post-qualification experience preferred.
• Strong financial and analytical skills essential.

Responsabilidades

• Drive performance of a mixed-use portfolio with commercial focus.
• Identify and deliver value-add opportunities, including lease events and re-gears.
• Grow portfolio income through active management and letting strategy.
• Build asset business plans, cash flow models, and performance reporting.
• Assess acquisitions and disposals with financial analysis and appraisals.
• Oversee lease events including rent reviews and renewals.
• Collaborate with in-house teams to run assets efficiently.
• Present commercially grounded recommendations to leadership.
