The role is hybrid with office days in Worthing (Mondays, Wednesdays and usually one additional day per week), and involves landlord/tenant matters, rent reviews, disposals, income

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification is essential and applicants must understand relevant property legislation and policy.
• Demonstrable financial and analytical capabilities required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied commercial property portfolio.
• Handling landlord and tenant matters.
• Managing rent reviews, leases, licences, easements and other property agreements.
• Identifying opportunities to increase income, enhance asset value and reduce liabilities.
• Undertaking property inspections and maintaining records.
• Building relationships with tenants and occupiers.
• Instructing and managing external agents and other professionals.
• Carrying out financial and property analysis, including DCF and other analyses.
• Preparing clear, concise reports for senior stakeholders and committees.
• Attending meetings and presenting property recommendations.
