Job summary

Canary Wharf Group in London is seeking an Associate Director – Office Asset Management to coordinate asset management activities across CWG holdings, delivering asset business plans to mitigate risk and maximise NOI, asset growth and value for investors and stakeholders. The role requires MRICS and strong financial analysis, with hands-on collaboration with the investment, leasing and operations teams.

Salary is circa £60,000 and the role is primarily office-based (4 days in the office, up to 1

Qualifications

• Office asset management experience desirable with asset/portfolio knowledge.
• MRICS with 2–3 years PQE.
• Ability to analyse business/financial data and develop solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills for communication at all levels.
• Ability to draft clear reports.
• Entrepreneurial attitude to maximise customer satisfaction.
• Ability to negotiate with third parties.
• Team player with willingness to help others.
• Flexible, organised and calm under pressure.
• Understanding of IT systems such as Yardi and Argus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver strategic objectives for CWG holdings.
• Optimise asset performance and prepare annual budgets and rolling plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement an operational vision.
• Maintain up-to-date office market knowledge and share with stakeholders.
• Support investment team with underwriting asset plans and leasing/disposal.
• Support acquisition or disposal of CWG assets with the investment team.
• Assist with annual asset budgets and align plans with stakeholders to deliver NOI and cash flow.
• Support quarterly valuations with information and inputs to Argus.
• Maximise performance, tenant mix and lease terms while optimising costs.
• Work with Sustainability, Operations, Communities, Customer Experience and others to deliver ESG targets.
• Support capital expenditure plans to enhance asset value.
