PMR is seeking an Asset Manager for a growing mixed-use portfolio in London. The role is client-side, permanent and hybrid, with a salary of £60,000-£70,000.

You will own and optimise portfolio income, drive strategy with leadership, and work closely with internal teams. The position targets professionals ready to move client-side from consultancy and offers exposure to senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

• MRICS chartered status or equivalent is required.
• Strong financial and analytical skills essential for portfolio modelling.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance of a mixed-use portfolio with a commercial focus.
• Identify and deliver value-add opportunities (lease events, re-gears, repositioning).
• Grow portfolio income via active management and tenant engagement.
• Build asset business plans, cash flow models and performance reporting.
• Assess acquisitions and disposals with financial analysis to support decisions.
• Oversee lease events including rent reviews, renewals and breaks.
• Collaborate with in-house teams to ensure efficient asset operation.
• Present clear, commercial recommendations to leadership.
