Job summary

Our client in West London seeks a Senior Occupational Health Advisor - Quality & Assurance to join an established OH team. The role is full time with flexible working and up to 2 days remote per week, offering a Band 7 salary and a balance of clinical work and quality improvement responsibilities.

The successful candidate will provide expert OH advice, manage referrals, oversee health surveillance and contribute to policy development and SEQOHS accreditation efforts.

Qualifications

• NMC registered as a practicing nurse and SCPHN qualification.
• 3+ years of Occupational Health nursing experience.
• 2+ years in OH team leadership, mentoring or management.
• Experience with governance, quality standards and audits.
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Up-to-date occupational health clinical knowledge.

• Providing specialist Occupational Health advice to employees and managers.

Our Client based in West London is looking for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor - Quality & Assurance to join their friendly and supportive Occupational Health team.

The role is full time, Monday-Friday, with flexible working available and the potential for up to 2 days working remotely per week.

Band 7 salary: £58,133-£65,261

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health professional to join an established team of senior OH practitioners. The role is approximately 80% clinical and 20% service improvement/quality assurance, providing an excellent balance of hands‑on clinical work and professional development.

The Job Role Includes:

Experience / Skills Required:

• Strong communication, leadership, influencing and interpersonal skills
• Current Occupational Health clinical knowledge

Desirable:

• Experience or knowledge of SEQOHS accreditation
• Project management experience
• Additional qualification in Health & Safety, Wellbeing, Health Promotion or Business Management
