Job summary

gel Resourcing Ltd is assisting an in-house client in Rotherham to recruit an experienced Occupational Health Advisor for a full-time, permanent on-site role. You will deliver a full OH remit within a supportive team and contribute to a high standard of employee health and wellbeing.

The role covers case management, surveillance, audiometry, spirometry, pre-placement screening, workplace assessments and vaccinations with phlebotomy. NMC registration and OH experience are essential.

Qualifications

• NMC Registered Nurse with OH experience is essential.
• OH degree (or final year) required.
• Ability to deliver a full OH remit including surveillance and vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full OH remit on site.
• Manage multiple cases daily (approx. 4).
• Conduct health surveillance, audiometry and spirometry.
• Conduct pre-placement screening and workplace assessments.
• Provide vaccinations and phlebotomy as needed.
