Job summary

GEL Resourcing is recruiting for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor – Quality & Assurance for a client based in West London. The role is full time, Monday to Friday, with up to two days remote per week, and a salary in the range of £58,133 to £65,261. You will provide specialist OH advice, manage referrals, support SEQOHS accreditation, develop policies and mentor junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse with current registration.
• Part 3 NMC SCPHN qualification.
• Minimum 3 years' Occupational Health nursing experience.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as OH team leader/mentor/manager.
• Experience in clinical governance, quality standards and audit.
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist Occupational Health advice to employees and managers.
• Manage referrals and case management.
• Deliver workplace health, rehabilitation and wellbeing guidance.
• Lead clinical governance, audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support SEQOHS accreditation and maintain clinical standards.

The role is full time, Monday-Friday, up to 2 days working remote per week.

Salary between £58,133-£65,261

The Job Role Includes:

Experience / Skills Required:
