Job summary

gel Resourcing Ltd is seeking an Occupational Health Advisor for a permanent role in Southampton. The role is 4-5 days per week, onsite, delivering full OH services and case management within a supportive team.

The successful candidate will conduct health surveillance, audiometry, and spirometry, and provide guidance and mentorship to OH Nurses.

Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse with occupational health experience.
• OH qualification is preferred but not essential.
• Experience in delivering occupational health services is required.

Responsibilities

• 4-5 days per week, on site.
• Full OH remit within the team.
• Case management of 2-3 cases per day.

Our leading client in Southampton is looking for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor, to work 4-5 days per week on a permanent basis, within their friendly and supportive team.

The Role

• 4-5 days per week, on site
• Full OH Remit
• Case Management - 2-3 cases per day
• Health surveillance
• Audiometry & Spirometry
• HAVS
• Safety Critical Medicals
• PPQ's
• Support and mentor OH Nurses

Essential

• NMC Registered Nurse
• OH Experience
• OH Degree / Diploma - desirable but not essential
