Busy Bees Nurseries Ltd. is seeking a Senior Nursery Room Leader in the UK. You will oversee multiple rooms, ensuring seamless integration of educational strategies across the centre and inspiring your team to achieve high standards of care and learning.

This leadership role requires a Level 3 qualification or higher in early years, plus supervisory experience. You will mentor Room Leaders, safeguard children, and maintain strong parent communications while upholding Health & Safety protocols.

Busy Bees Leeds Farsley, rated "Good" by Ofsted, has a capacity of 50 children. Located on Priesthorpe Road in Farsley, our nursery is conveniently situated just a 20-minute drive from both Leeds and Bradford city centres. What To Expect As a Senior Nursery Room Leader

• Ensure that educational strategies and practices are consistent across multiple rooms.

Ideal Candidate

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory or leadership experience ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.
