Busy Bees Leeds Farsley is recruiting a Senior Nursery Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms, ensuring educational strategies are integrated centre-wide while leading a high-performing team. The role focuses on care and learning excellence within a Good Ofsted-rated setting.

You will mentor Room Leaders, maintain safeguarding standards, and foster strong parent partnerships, as part of Busy Bees’ Bee Curious curriculum and supportive culture.

Qualificações

Role Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

Ideal Candidate:

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory or leadership experience ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.
