Busy Bees Nurseries is seeking a Senior Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms, ensuring seamless integration of educational strategies and high standards of care and learning. You will inspire and mentor a team of Room Leaders, maintaining a strong focus on safeguarding and parent communication.

Job description

As a Senior Room Leader at Busy Bees, you will oversee multiple rooms and ensure that educational strategies are seamlessly integrated across the centre. This is a leadership role where you will inspire your team to achieve the highest standards of care and learning., Busy Bees Enfield, rated Good by Ofsted, accommodates 120 children and transforms every day into a vibrant adventure waiting to unfold. Onsite parking ensures hassle-free drop-offs and collections, while families who prefer public transport will find our center just a 5-minute walk from the bus stop on Highlands Avenue, which serves routes 456 and W9.   Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory or leadership experience ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.
