Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries Ltd. is seeking a Senior Nursery Room Leader to oversee educational delivery across multiple rooms and mentor Room Leaders. You will ensure safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusive practice while maintaining strong parent communication.

Ideal candidates will have Level 3+ in Early Years and demonstrated leadership in an early years setting. The role offers a supportive environment with opportunities for development and progression.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory or leadership experience (Senior Nursery Room Leader/Manager).
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for children and staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure educational strategies are consistent across multiple rooms.
• Lead planning and delivery of activities, adapting curriculum to diverse needs.
• Mentor Room Leaders and promote a collaborative, high-performing team.
• Oversee wellbeing and safeguarding, supporting children with additional needs.
• Build strong relationships with parents and keep them informed.

Ideal Candidate

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory or leadership experience ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
