Job summary

Busy Bees Epsom in Epsom, Surrey, is seeking a Senior Nursery Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms and drive education across the centre. This leadership role supports staff, mentors Room Leaders, and ensures the Bee Curious curriculum is delivered consistently.

With Level 3 qualification in early years and strong communication and organisational skills, you will uphold safeguarding standards and build strong relationships with families while leading a high-performing team.

Ideal Candidate:

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory or leadership experience ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.
