Busy Bees Epsom in Surrey is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms, guiding educational strategies and staff to uphold high standards of care and learning.

You will lead planning, create a safe, engaging environment for children, and coach a dedicated team. The role includes Key Person responsibilities and a focus on wellbeing, health, and strong parent communication.

Key Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Passionate about fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families.
