Busy Bees Canterbury is seeking an experienced Senior Nursery Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms, aligning the Bee Curious curriculum with everyday practice. You will inspire your team to deliver high standards of care and learning, while ensuring a welcoming environment for children and families.

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory or leadership experience.

• Lead the planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet diverse needs.

What To Expect As a Senior Nursery Room Leader

Ideal Candidate

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory or leadership experience ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.
