Job summary

IntraHealth Ltd is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to deliver high‑quality primary care. You will take initial histories, perform clinical assessments, diagnose and treat, and continually evaluate care within your professional boundaries.

The postholder will work with the general practice team, provide nurse leadership, and ensure safe, evidence‑based decision‑making in line with NMC advanced practice requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Ability to work within professional boundaries and provide expert care.
• Experience in primary care settings and NHS GP practices.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate treatment/interventions.
• Identify and manage care for patients with complex or long-term needs.
• Communicate effectively to obtain informed consent and involve carers where appropriate.
• Collaborate with the general practice team and provide nurse leadership.
