Omnes Healthcare is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our established team in Greenwich. You will provide high-quality, patient-centred care within a multidisciplinary setting, handling assessments, diagnoses, and treatment decisions.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration.
• Independent Prescribing qualification.
• Proven experience working within a Primary Care environment.
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
• Adherence to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and understanding of Scope of Professional Practice.
• Ability to deliver evidence-based, clinically effective, and cost-effective care.
• Willingness to participate in and provide clinical supervision.
• Openness to contributing to practice-based research and service development.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
